These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.nextgenpayment.eu and the introduction and consultancy services provided by NEXTGEN PAYMENT SRL. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
This website and our services are operated by NEXTGEN PAYMENT SRL, a private limited company (société à responsabilité limitée) incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Rond-point Robert Schuman 2-4, box 6, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.
In these Terms, NextGen Payment, we, us and our refer to NEXTGEN PAYMENT SRL.
These Terms apply to your use of the Website and to our Services. They do not govern the Payment Services themselves, which are the subject of a separate contract between you and the Provider. By accessing the Website, submitting our form, or instructing us to act, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website or our Services.
NextGen Payment acts as an Independent Sales Organisation (ISO) and payments consultant. We introduce Merchants, including high-risk Merchants such as gaming and gambling, crypto, subscriptions and e-commerce, to third-party acquiring banks, payment service providers and IBAN account providers, and we advise them on payments matters.
NextGen Payment is not a bank, payment institution or acquirer. We do not hold, receive, transfer or move client or end-customer funds, and we do not ourselves provide Payment Services.
All Payment Services are provided by the relevant Provider. Any contract for Payment Services is concluded directly between you and the Provider, and is governed by the Provider's own terms, pricing and policies. The Provider applies its own underwriting, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the performance, availability, decisions, settlement, fees or conduct of any Provider. Any claim relating to the Payment Services must be addressed to the Provider under your contract with it.
Our introduction and consultancy work does not guarantee that any Provider will accept your application or approve or maintain any account, facility or service. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Provider and remains subject to the Provider's underwriting, KYC and AML requirements and to applicable law and Card Scheme Rules. A Provider may refuse, suspend, limit or terminate its services at any time in accordance with its own terms.
